I can't speak to the sales people or the service side but i regularly get parts from Calvin in the parts department and i can tell you he will go above an beyond for the customer. he is well articulated, hard-working and knowledge able. i always have pleasant interactions, if items are wrong he is quick to correct it. he communicates well and does his research and i am confident in his abilities. i would highly recommend Calvin for your parts needs.
